Guardian / Kremlin / Trump

Parsing that story forced Agent 2 to get stricter about who is speaking and how certainty is signaled. We added attribution guards so "according to the Kremlin" or "analysts say" doesn’t get red-carded as the reporter’s claim, and we introduced a soft-uncertainty hedge so "likely/unlikely" projections drop from effect → flag. We also tightened our "vague attribution laundering" rule to fire only when the piece leans on fuzzy collectives ("critics say") without names or data, and we calibrated "not weigh/add context" to trigger only when a strong claim appears without sourcing or counter-context.
